Prohibition of Balance Billing for Ambetter from NH Healthy Families

NH Healthy Families would like to notify providers that recently the State of New Hampshire enacted a law that prevents out of network providers that perform services within network hospitals or ambulatory surgical centers from balance billing Ambetter members. This law went into effect on July 1, 2018.
