Medicaid Eligibility Changes Coming January 1, 2027

New Hampshire DHHS is preparing for significant changes to Medicaid eligibility resulting from the Working Families Tax Cut Act (WFTC).

Effective January 1, 2027, work or other community engagement requirements will apply to individuals covered by, or eligible for, the Granite Advantage Health Care Program.
