NH Healthy Families is committed to offering our members, your patients, excellent access to high quality lab services while managing healthcare costs.

This notice is to clarify the in-network, independent laboratories for NH Healthy Families. When referring members for lab services, please use the following laboratories:

Quest Diagnostics (preferred provider)

Laboratory Corporation of America

Esoterix Genetic Labs

Bio-Reference Laboratories Inc

Ambry Genetics

Diatherix Laboratories

Natera

Use the Find a Provider tool at NHHealthyfamilies.com to view all in-network lab service providers, their locations, and contact information.

Please note, effective April 1, 2017, referral to a non-participating laboratory will require prior authorization for all services.
