Physical Medicine Guidelines Effective August 1, 2019

NH Healthy Families would like to notify you that Magellan will be adopting the use of Milliman Care Guidelines [MCG] for all physical medicine accounts beginning August 1, 2019. As a result, Magellan will discontinue the use of Apollo guidelines. Magellan internal guidelines will continue to be used in tandem with the new MCG guidelines.
